Cholmondeley Castle Garden
Off A49 Whitchurch/Tarporley Road. Extensive ornamental gardens dominated
by Gothic castle. Lakeside picnic area, rare breeds of farm animals,
tea room and attractive gift shop. Open 1st April until 30th September.
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 11.30am - 5.30pm, closed
Good Friday (13th April). Other days for groups of 25 and over by prior
arrangement at reduced rates. Admission charge.

11. Stapeley Water
Gardens
On the A51 one mile south of Nantwich. The world's largest water garden
centre and huge angling superstore. The Palms Tropical Oasis houses
sharks, piranhas, giant Amazon water lilies, palm trees, exotic flowering
plants and koi carp. Enjoy a snack or a full meal in one of the restaurants.
Facilities for the disabled. Open Daily, except Christmas Day. Free
admission, car and coach parking. Admission charge to The Palms Tropical
Oasis.

18. Bridgemere Garden World
On the A51 south of Nantwich. Europe's largest centre. Visit the gardens
- over 20 different gardens including Chelsea Gold Medal winners. Bridgemere
grow more plants in more varieties for your garden than anywhere else
in Britain. Plant Hunters' restaurant and coffee shop. Garden, gift
and bookshop with events all year. Open daily 9.00am - 7.00pm (summer),
5.00pm (Winter). Closed Christmas and Boxing days. Free admission, car
and coach parking.
