The quality and diversity of produce available within this region will surprise and delight you - and encourage you to try new ingredients and flavours in your own kitchen. Special events taking place over the weekend include: a 60-stall Food and Drink Fair on the banks of the historic River Weaver featuring "The Best of British", our famous "Made in Cheshire" farmers' market with approximately 30 stalls, the 2nd Nantwich CAMRA Beer Festival with over 50 local ales and ciders for you to try.
Throughout the Festival there will be cookery demonstrations from celebrity and local chefs, personal appearances by Television's Jonathan File and Brian Mellor, interactive displays for children, food trails around the town, special festival menus and much much more.
There will be countless opportunities to taste, discuss and buy the foods and drinks on offer.
