		1. Beeston Castle Off A49, south of Tarporley. Standing majestically on sheer rocky crags, Beeston has possibly the best views of any castle in England. An introductory exhibition is in the entrance. Free children's activity sheet. Open 10.00am - 6.00pm 1st April - end of September, 10.00am - 5.00pm 1st - 31st October, 10.00am - 4.00pm November - April. Closed 24th-26th December 2003 and 1st January 2004 Admission charge.
